Frequently Asked Questions
1. Who hosts these files? (DISCLAIMER)
None of the audio/visual content is hosted on this site. All media is embedded from other sites such as YouTube. This site does not host any of the streaming media and the owner has not uploaded any of the material to the video hosting servers. Anyone can find the same content on YouTube by them selves. All videos on this site are embedded from the respective Official YouTube Channels, which hold the copyrights for their work, and allowed embedding of their videos. Further more, this website is in compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. How do I watch in full screen?
Click the full screen button located beside the volume control. To return to the original size, hit Esc.
3. I want to use material featured on this site. How?
Do not ask us to send you material – We don’t own and we don’t have any. You can only use material that is in public domain, open source or published under CCL (creative commons license).
4. I want to buy some particular video. How?
We don’t know where you can buy any of the videos. We don’t know even if they’re for sale. This site is only listing interesting talks, lectures and presentations. If you want to purchase any of the videos, find the producers and ask them. We are not offering any assistance about that.
5. I want have my talk, lecture or presentation listed on this site. How?
If you are the copyright holder, just upload your material to YouTube and send us the link. However we retain the right to decide whether to publish it on Keen Talks or not.
6. I have problem viewing the streaming videos. Help!
If you’re not able to watch the videos, the problem is on your end for sure. Lot of people are watching the videos without any problem whatsoever (including us). Occasionally 2-3 persons per week have problems due to their Browser/Internet settings or lack of the necessary software installed.
Please find the solution for your problem at YouTube Help Center (Watching Videos).
Use Firefox or Chrome. We use them and we have no problems. Still having problems? There’s nothing more we can do about it.
Also don’t forget to read through the Comment Policy at Keen Talks. Thanks.
